SEVEN HABITS OF HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL AFFILIATES

Although there are many techniques and tricks for being a successful affiliate marketer, in our conversations with hundreds of top affiliates over the years, we at ClickBank have identified the following seven habits that help create lasting success.
1. Promote products that address specific needs: While most fledgling affiliates focus on an Internet marketing vertical that they think will make them quick money, it’s important to consider the wide range of products on the ClickBank Marketplace that cater to a huge variety of needs. Many successful affiliate marketers sell products that address a specific need or answer a particular question.
2. Promote widely: Many successful affiliate marketers rely on a wide range of promotional methods—e-mail marketing, blogs, review sites, and pay-per-click advertising—since various promotional methods work well with particular demographics.
3. Promote seasonally: Successful affiliates tend to vary the products they promote based on the season. Consumers tend to seek self-improvement products at New Year’s when resolutions are being made, while they look for outdoor recreation and fitness products in the summertime.

You should also test and tweak the language you use in your promotions to make sure it is compelling.
7. Make realistic claims for the product: Refunds are high when products don’t meet the claims made by the promotional material. By making extravagant claims for the product you may be able to get more people to buy the product initially, but this success is short-lived when customers end up refunding a product that doesn’t measure up.

And they will believe what you say.
It is very important to collect the persons contact information before you send them off your site. You will need an auto-responder and an opt in form to collect that data. However to get the most opt-ins, you will have to offer them freebies or a nice bonus report in order to get subscribers.

A free report is only five or seven pages with more information about the topic they are interested in, it must be relevant and it must be helpful. You really have to sell it so that people will opt in. This will allow you to contact them over and over again and is how all successful Internet marketers earn the majority of their money. They do not send people away without trying to get that information first.

You should also create a blog for your affiliate marketing, a blog for each niche. Filled with good information related to your topic. You want your blog to have at least 15 solid posts of quality information before you start sending people there and you should blog two or three times a week at least to get search engine traffic. Don't forget to also put your opt-in form on your blog to give people another opportunity to sign up and get your freebie.

After you get your blog and your website set up. You'll be ready to get involved with pay per click advertising, which is a fantastic way to get targeted traffic to your sites and to sell affiliate products as well. Pay per click advertising is the most effective and the most targeted visitor you can buy. However, you must treat each keyword separately with individual bid prices and individual landing pages on your website in order to be effective. With pay per click, especially on Google you must have a high quality score for your site and maintain a high click through rate. In order to get advertising for the least amount possible and still drive steady traffic to your website.

Pay per click can destroy your budget. If you're not careful and set limits for yourself. It takes a while to learn but it is a terrific way of driving traffic to any website.

The last way and the most powerful for free is article marketing. Article marketing is writing articles and publishing them on article directories such as EzineArticles.com. or Goarticles.com. Simple little 400 word articles that explain the problem people are facing and gives people solutions to that problem have an excellent chance to get high search engine rankings and free traffic from Google.

Write great articles to get people to read them all the way through.

Submitting articles with a great call to action in the resource section can drive tons of free traffic to your website and sell more of your product. Earning you commissions and growing your business, practically on autopilot.

Remember that with article marketing for affiliate sales you are not trying to sell the product. You're simply giving people more information and making them curious enough to click your link. Visit your website and subscribe to your list to get your freebie.

After that you will promote your products via e-mail over the next seven to 10 days and even longer. This is how you make money in affiliate marketing by building your list first. Muscles are made of protein. This statement is rather obvious to all of us. So to build muscle, equally obviously, you need to take proteins. This can be found in eggs, fish meat, cottage cheese or protein concentrates like protein powder.

To appreciate the importance of proteins in your body, you have to understand that your body cells are constantly being replaced by new ones. The tissue, made of protein, is in a state of flux, constantly being changed as old cells die and new cells replace them. Rheo Blair states "It is as if you lived in a building whose bricks were systematically taken out and replaced every year. If you keep the same blueprint then it will still look like the same building. But it won't be the same in actuality. The human body is in a constant state of flux, it loks the same from day to day, but through multiple biological processes, it is always rebuilding itself."

Science has proven that 99% of the atoms in your body are replaced within one year. Every cell in your body is always being recycled. Protein is what is used in the creation of new cells. It is the building blocks of your body. Skin, hair, bones, hormones, and antibodies are formed of protein. Save for water, protein is the most abundant substance in your body. Like other nutrients, proteins are made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. But unlike other nutrients, proteins are the only nutrients that bring nitrogen into the body. Thus by measuring the amount of nitrogen in ones excreta, compared to the amount taken in, one can estimate the amount of protein used for muscle growth. If the difference is positive, then muscle is being made. But if the difference is negative, there is a negative nitrogen balance, and the body literally begins feed on its own muscle to produce energy. Proteins are broken down by digestive acids like protease to smaller units called peptides. This occurs in the stomach where there are acidic conditions necessary for the digestion of proteins. The peptides are in turn are digested by peptidase, found in the duodenum, into amino acids. These are what the body actually absorbs and utilizes to form body tissue, including muscle.

There are 20 amino acids that are required for the normal growth of the body. Eleven of these are naturally made in the body and thus are called non-essential amino acids. The other nine have to be ingested into the body as it cannot synthesize them and are thus called essential amino acids. Foods containing both types of amino acids in the exact amounts as they are needed by the body are called complete proteins. Only when all the essential amino acids are available can the body grow muscles. Otherwise it starts breaking down body tissue to suffice the amount of essential amino acids for growth and repair purposes. Thus lack of these amino acids actually leads to muscle loss.

Everybody knows that it is important to be fit. Your level of fitness is a major factor in your lifespan, and getting in shape should be a priority. There are plenty of celebrities, whether qualified or not, offering to sell you their latest fitness video or book, and more and more articles in newspapers and magazines about the cost of not having a daily workout; the impact on your health, the social effects of being unfit, and of course the fact that most fashionable clothes...

There are plenty of celebrities, whether qualified or not, offering to sell you their latest fitness video or book, and more and more articles in newspapers and magazines about the cost of not having a daily workout; the impact on your health, the social effects of being unfit, and of course the fact that most fashionable clothes don’t come in plus sizes. Getting fit should be on your ‘to-do’ list all year round, and not just a New Year’s resolution that doesn’t make it past the first few days of January.

It is easy to start a fitness regime, and then run out of enthusiasm. With a busy work schedule, and an equally busy social life, it’s a common enough occurrence that people drop out of exercising on the basis that they don’t have enough time. The most obvious answer to this, and something that most fitness instructors will suggest, is just to get out of bed a bit earlier, and use that time to exercise. Of course, to some this may seem like a nightmare, and not something to inspire them; nightowls should look for something to do in the evening, perhaps a late workout session at the gym, or installing some home exercise equipment so that you can watch TV as the same time as working out.

Not everyone is suited to a traditional fitness regime of steps and ‘dancercise’. You might find it rewarding to try other methods to keep fit, such as martial arts. It is not important how you get fit: only the results matter. If you find that you enjoy fencing, for example, then that will extend your enthusiasm for your fitness regime. Doing something that you hate, or which you feel stupid doing, won’t last very long.

Keep your enthusiasm up in other ways, by working out to Favorite tracks, or by keeping a log of how well you’ve done. You can work out with a friend and have a competition; or you can set yourself goals in your fitness regime, and reward yourself when you achieve them.

Fitness should be something that you work towards for all of your life, and a daily exercise routine will certainly help you achieve that goal. Even if your exercising consists of a short run everyday, and you never end up with a full six-pack, that does not matter. Fitness is not about getting the perfect body, it is about a general physical state where you feel more energetic, and you feel good about the way your body looks and works.
